America is a melting pot of different nations and peoples. We have in this country to a new house and then assimilate the customs of our new country. In the assimilation they often lose the traditions that are part of our family heritage. Over the years, some of these traditions can be slightly changed and some could be made today exactly as they were a century ago.

It is important that new immigrants arriving on our shores that have to be aware that no matter how hard we try to keep the old ways, their children will adapt to changes as they become assimilated to American children. He arrived at each wave of immigration in this country and that really gives the rich our nation how it operates.

Many are food traditions. These traditions May be about what to eat and not eat. Some of these traditions May be about how to celebrate certain holidays. Most of these "recipes" are still ongoing in the kitchens in homes across America. Women have always given to these forms of cooking to their daughters and granddaughters in the old country, and even in America. Somehow, here in America, the chain is broken with the test of modern life. It is important to keep these traditions and recipes written by children to have something today to share with their grandchildren.

As one of those Americanized immigrants, I can honestly say from experience that food knowledge Traditional can be lost very quickly. I know there is a greater need to be a normal child in America, instead of clinging to traditions. Some of these traditions may even be a source of embarrassment to our new friends in America. Only when we are adults, we realize what has been lost. So, I talk about my experiences of lost revenue and have nobody to ask and where to look.

These traditions come with unique stories about how they have become. The great stories to read, and must remain with these recipes. A cookbook of family memory is created with photographs of past and current photographs. It would be prudent to take pictures of the meal.
